Purpose of the position:

The Applications Engineer is responsible for providing our customers with technical support and quotations for products specific to our customers’ application needs.

Ideal candidate requires an undergraduate degree in (Mechanical or Industrial) Engineering. Candidate will be able to visualize machinery to create drawings and solid models. Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers to deliver technical information to all levels of technical abilities is crucial to the success of this role.

Job Description:
• Full-time Entry-Level Applications Engineer
• Provide customers with technical support and quotations
• Independently manage customer projects from initial design to proposal
• Serve as principal source of technical assistance to our sales force
• Assist other departments with technical issues

Requirements for this position:
• BSME Undergraduate degree required in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in an environment with interaction with customers preferred

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize various automated and manual equipment to support our metal fabrication department.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain clean and organize raw material, inventory and tooling areas
  • Preform secondary/finishing operations within the department
  • Utizlie overhead crane (following safety guidelines)
  • Set-up, program and run bandsaw
  • Set-up, run equipment to broach finished goods
  • Set-up, run equipment to tap finished goods
  • Set-up, run equipment to place flanges on finished goods
  • Set-up, program and run marking machine to mark finished goods
  • Set-up, run equpment to deburr finished goods
  • Assemble/disassemble tooling as required

Preform cleaning functions as assigned including but not limited to:

  • removal of chip bins
  • machine cleaning and wipe down
  • floor cleaning (automated scrubber)
  • tooling
  • Follow ISO manufacturing procedures and Lean concepts
  • Maintain machines, tools and overall shop in good order and cleanliness

Full-Time – $15 to $17 hourly

Purpose of the position:

Customer Service Specialist and Sales Support Personnel are responsible for assisting the following departments: Customer Service, Sales, Operations in their daily activities.

Ideal candidate requires a general understanding and technical competence in industrial manufacturing, with minimally three years experience in customer service (office setting-non retail). Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of inventory, sales orders, and purchase orders modules utilizing processes to maintain daily activities within the ERP system (SAGE 100). CRM working knowledge would be ideal but not required. Candidate will work closely with our customers and sales team to provide quotes, order fulfillment and problem resolution. Candidate must be detail oriented and have a good understanding of PC and Microsoft Office Applications.

Job Description:
• Answer phone calls providing customers with verbal quotations
• Quote entry
• Respond to email requests with updates and formal quotations
• Follow up on quotations
• Communicate with customers technical aspects regarding our product written and verbally

Requirements for this position:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior Customer Service experience
• Daily schedule of 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team!

This position is responsible for the daily supervision, training and monitoring of Production Personnel.

Full-Time 3:20 pm – 1:50, Monday – Thursday

This is a hands on, fast paced working environment. A desire to work in a close-knit, hard-working, multi-facet manufacturing facility is a must. Ideal candidate should also possess a willingness to learn all aspects of our manufacturing processes. The ability to work effectively with multi-discipline teams within the production facility and other departments to maximize synergy and maintain on-time delivery is essential to the success of this postilion.

This position supervises a staff of 10 – 15 and is responsible for all 2nd shift cell personnel.

Preferred Experience:

    • Previous role in manufacturing supervisor or lead capacity
    • Previous role or applicable background in job shop production
    • Hands on experience with CNC and/or manual mill and lathe
    • Hands on experience with manufacturing equipment

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to work with multiple production schedules and adjust work processes and resources to meet demand
    • Ability to operate and complete production assignments to increase resources to meet demand
    • Inspection of first and final piece
    • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, processes and procedures. Experience with precision measurement methods and systems
    • Ability to train new or inexperienced operators/technicians to operate machines and produce finished goods

This position is responsible for the daily supervision, training and monitoring of CNCN/Production Personnel.

Full-Time 6:00 am – 6:30 pm, Friday – Sunday (36 hour work week, paid for 40 hours)

This is a hands on, fast paced working environment. A desire to work in a close-knit, hard-working multi-facet manufacturing facility is a must. Ideal candidate should have an extensive background in CNC set-up, program (G-Code) and operating CNC machines. The ability to work effectively with multi-shift teams to maximize synergy and maintain on-time delivery is essential to the success of this position.

This position supervises a staff of 4 – 6 and is responsible for all 3rd shift cell personnel.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous role in a manufacturing supervisor or lead capacity
  • Previous role or applicable background in job shop production
  • Previous role with CNC machines and manual mill and lathe
  • Hands on experience with secondary equipment
  • Training Personnel

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work with production schedules and adjust work processes and resources to meet demand
  • Ability to operate and complete production assignments to increase resources when demand increases
  • Inspection of first and final piece
  • Ability to soundly troubleshoot machine/tooling issues
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, processes and procedures. Experience with precision measurement methods and systems
