Current Open Positions - Immediate hire

We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for the daily supervision, training and monitoring of Customer Service.

Salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually

Full-Time (Flexible schedule is a must), schedule can vary between 7:00 am – 7:15 pm, Monday – Friday

This is a hands on, fast paced working environment. A desire to work in a close-knit, hard-working office family is a must. Ideal candidate should also possess a willingness to learn all aspects of our business along with the ability to work effectively with Customer Service and other departments to maximize synergy and increase collaboration.

This position supervises a staff of 8 -10 and is responsible for order entry, problem resolution and price and delivery inquiries.

  • Previous role in a supervisor or lead capacity in customer service (manufacturing)
  • Previous role in customer service (manufacturing)
  • Previous role working with high call and email requests

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Computer literate, including comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office, CRM database, SAGE/ERP, Pricing Programs
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • A demonstrable commercial sense coupled with common sense and a practical approach to problem solving
  • Recognize, develop, implement and refine appropriate department processes to increase work flow efficiency and/or reduce instances of non conformance.
  • Ability to determine root cause of errors and address with immediate and long term resolutions (while updating training documentation and training personnel)
  • Ability to work effectively with multi-discipline teams
  • Ability to work effectively with Vendors and Customers
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of technical terminology related to our product, tools and resources
  • Fully execute and understand all department personnel functions and responsibilities


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant working experience
  • Strong technology skills related to both product and software (ERP (SAGE), Microsoft)
  • 2+ years leading a team-based customer service/call center environment with order entry
  • 2+ years training personnel
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem solving and multitasking skills

Employment Type:Full-Time

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize various automated and manual equipment to support our metal fabrication department.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain clean and organize raw material, inventory and tooling areas
  • Preform secondary/finishing operations within the department
  • Utizlie overhead crane (following safety guidelines)
  • Set-up, program and run bandsaw
  • Set-up, run equipment to broach finished goods
  • Set-up, run equipment to tap finished goods
  • Set-up, run equipment to place flanges on finished goods
  • Set-up, program and run marking machine to mark finished goods
  • Set-up, run equpment to deburr finished goods
  • Assemble/disassemble tooling as required

Preform cleaning functions as assigned including but not limited to:

  • removal of chip bins
  • machine cleaning and wipe down
  • floor cleaning (automated scrubber)
  • tooling
  • Follow ISO manufacturing procedures and Lean concepts
  • Maintain machines, tools and overall shop in good order and cleanliness
  • Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines

Full Time

Current Shift Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
