Timing Belt Materials

Polyurethane is the timing belt material of choice for BRECOflex. Polyurethane is a broad spectrum of many thermoplastic elastomers that are best suited for specific applications.

There are currently 16 types of polyurethane timing belt materials available. The standard is TPU-ST1 which is used for all belt type and BFX belts longer than 720mm. The standard color is white and the hardness is 92 Shore A. This material is suitable for most applications but if you require something else, see the charts below:
