She has been with the company for 24 years, gaining extensive experience through a variety of roles that have deepened her expertise. Paula’s longstanding commitment to BRECOflex is both evident and inspiring, and she leads with integrity, respect, and dedication.
Michael Gines was appointed Sales Director of BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. in 2025. Prior to joining the company, he held multiple senior leadership roles in industrial sales across Latin America. With extensive industry expertise, Michael guides the BRECOflex sales team with strategic vision and a commitment to continued success.
Marc Slack has been with BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. since 2008. He brings deep product knowledge and a collaborative spirit to the sales team, playing a key role in guiding successful client partnerships. Working closely with Sales Director Michael Gines, Marc helps ensure the team operates with efficiency and expertise. His dedication and insight make him a valued asset to BRECOflex.
