In 2025, Paula Newberry was appointed President of BRECOflex. She has been with the company for 24 years, gaining extensive experience through a variety of roles that have deepened her expertise. Paula’s longstanding commitment to BRECOflex is both evident and inspiring, and she leads with integrity, respect, and dedication.
Michael Gines was appointed Sales Director of BRECOflex in 2025. Prior to joining the company, he held multiple senior leadership roles in industrial sales across Latin America. With extensive industry expertise, Michael guides the BRECOflex sales team with strategic vision and a commitment to continued success.
John Malek joined BRECOflex in 2025 and oversees all manufacturing operations. With extensive industry experience, he leads multiple teams with professionalism and a steady hand, ensuring efficiency and structure across processes. John’s leadership supports both operational excellence and the company’s long-term growth.
Suzanne Crovo joined BRECOflex in 2025 as Controller. She brings extensive experience in the field, with a proven background in financial management and operational oversight that will strengthen our company’s processes and performance.
Gina Jehn joined BRECOflex in 2025 as Human Resources Manager. With her expertise and experience, she has enhanced our workplace culture through impactful initiatives and events that have elevated the day-to-day experience for employees both in and out of the office.
Bernie Fuelleman has been with BRECOflex for 24 years, advancing through a variety of roles and contributing to the company’s success at every level. He brings extensive knowledge of our products, applications, and business operations. Known for his reliability and collaborative spirit, Bernie provides invaluable support across all departments.
Kathy Restivo began her career with BRECOflex in 2023 as an Executive Assistant and has since advanced to the role of Executive Support Manager. In this position, she applies her expertise to ensure seamless daily operations across the company. Known for her reliability and positive approach, Kathy plays a vital role in supporting both leadership and staff.
Marc Slack has been with BRECOflex since 2008. He brings deep product knowledge and a collaborative spirit to the sales team, playing a key role in guiding successful client partnerships. Working closely with Sales Director Michael Gines, Marc helps ensure the team operates with efficiency and expertise. His dedication and insight make him a valued asset to BRECOflex.
Since joining BRECOflex in 1999, Todd has been a cornerstone of the company. Leading the Applications Engineering Department, he combines exceptional technical expertise with integrity, patience, and a calm, steady presence. His depth of knowledge and unwavering dedication make him both an invaluable leader and a trusted colleague.
Ron has been with BRECOflex for two years, serving as Quality and Supply Chain Manager. He brings discipline, expertise, and determination to the role, overseeing projects and processes across multiple departments. His leadership and collaboration skills make him an integral part of the company’s success.
Since 2017, Christina has played a key role in BRECOflex’s success. Within the Customer Service Department, she brings balance and fosters growth by guiding employees with patience and understanding. A driving force in customer service, Christina has consistently advanced both the department and the company through her leadership and dedication.
Our Outside Sales team is composed of dedicated professionals with tenures ranging from 1 to 17 years. Representing BRECOflex across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, they bring extensive product and application expertise to every client interaction. Their commitment and knowledge make them invaluable ambassadors of the company.
Our Inside Sales team collaborates closely with Outside Sales and Customer Service, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the sales organization. Integral to BRECOflex’s success, they manage overflow from Outside Sales while leveraging internal expertise to support operations at our headquarters, making their role essential to the company’s overall performance.
Our Application Engineering team may be small, but they are highly impactful. Available five days a week, the engineers provide expert support to our customers, offering guidance in both English and Spanish to serve clients across the U.S. and beyond.
Our Customer Service team comprises employees with tenures ranging from a few months to many years. They are the driving force behind our customer support, providing knowledgeable and informative assistance to both new and returning clients.
Our Marketing Department plays a multifaceted role, supporting all areas of the company. From managing the website and coordinating campaigns to creating graphics and communications, they are the primary resource for advertising, branding, and internal initiatives.
Our Manufacturing and Maintenance teams are essential to BRECOflex’s success. With a large and dedicated workforce, our manufacturing employees consistently produce the high-quality products that define our brand. The Maintenance team ensures smooth operations and is always ready to provide support. We are deeply grateful for their commitment and the way they consistently exceed expectations.
IT and Accounting are critical components of BRECOflex’s operations. The IT team ensures that systems run smoothly and reliably around the clock, while Accounting manages all financial records and information essential to the company’s day-to-day operations. Together, they form key pillars that support the success of BRECOflex.
